Postage and Returns
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
All orders are sent via Australia Post and once posted, delays are out of our control. Please be understanding of possible postal delays. Chunky Timber Co will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed over to Australia Post. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout. We will not be held responsible, or provide refunds, for orders not received due to entry of incorrect addresses.
Local Delivery or Pickup
Local Delivery is available for Kalgoorlie Boulder residents. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and your order will be in your mailbox or at your front door before you know it. You will receive an email to confirm it has been delivered. If you would like to arrange Local Pick Up our showroom is open Monday - Saturday,10am - 3pm at 40 Oroya Street, South Boulder.
Handling and Processing
Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days from the time you place your order, unless the items you have purchased are "made to order" in which case please allow 7-10 business days for production. In the instance that an unforeseen extended delay occurs, we will make contact to let you know.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you read the item description carefully before purchase.
Refunds can only be issued in the instance of a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us immediately to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, and must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage will be at expense of the purchaser. Please note that "faulty" does not include damage caused by improper use or rough handling.
